We are learning about all the different parts of the eatwell plate.
We know that the plate is split into different sections. The biggest parts are Fruit and Vegetables and Starchy Carbohydrates. You should have a third of each every single day.
We have been creating our own eatwell plates. We drew and stuck foods into the correct sections.
Next we are going to look at sugar and investigate how much is in our favourite snacks and drinks.
