Dragons Den

DRAGONS DEN

image Hi our names are Jack and Kenzie.

This term our topic is called Dragons Den .Room 15 and Room18 joined together to make Christmas products. We had to pitch our products to Audrey from Tesco and Mrs Page. They had to decide which product won. They decided that the Keep It Cool Sock Snowmen were the winners  which means all groups get to make snowmen. They were fun to make but We think Mr McKenzie had to hoover up all the rice from the classroom floor. It was everywhere.

We sold our Snowmen at the Christmas fair and sold out. So far we have made a great profit of £160

We are also are selling our product at Tesco Danestone image image imageimage image imagefor £2 on Saturday the 10th of December!

We we hope to use the money for an adventure day for both classes to enjoy!

Countdown to Book Launch!

We are beginning to get very excited for the launch of our books in Room 12. Our work is currently at the printers and we are waiting in anticipation for them to be delivered!

Our book launch is being held at the Woodside Public Library on Wednesday 23rd November at 11am and we hope to see lots of family members along for the release! You should have received an invitation from your child to invite you along.

We have been very busy working hard on our enterprise items that will be available to buy at both the book launch and the Christmas Fayre on Thursday the 1st December. We have made a range of keyrings and bookmarks to help promote reading.

The children have also helped to design their very own fantastic tote bag which has
